Independent Students Group
We are a group of students of the Mechanical Engineer Department of the Engineering Faculty in the University of Western Macedonia in Kozani, Greece.
We created this group in the spring of 2008 in order to express our own opinion, without any political party's line, about the problems in our university and also in the Greek society.
Independent however does not mean that we lack our own political thesis.
Nevertheless, this thesis is formed by the daily direct-democratic procedures and without stereotypes and ideological forms. Our actions in the general assembly of our student union and the local society of Kozani, define who we are. The participation in our group is of course open and without a list.
We consider every student that does not belong to political parties, a comrade and a co-creator of our existance in our department and our society.
